At Pind Supply Co., we aim to make delivery simple and clear. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order, so you know when to expect your item and how our UK delivery process works.

UK Shipping Only

We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Delivery Time

All orders are shipped using UK Standard Delivery.

Estimated delivery time is 8–14 working days from the date your order is placed.

Please note that our items may be made to order, so this timeframe includes the time needed to prepare, produce and dispatch your order.

Shipping Cost

We offer free UK standard delivery on all orders.

Order Updates

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If tracking is available, this will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally happen due to courier issues, busy periods or circumstances outside of our control.

If your order has not arrived after 14 working days, please contact us with your order number and we’ll look into it for you.
